How We Do It
Every order is posted within 5 working days by Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation, please ensure you input the correct email address at checkout.
Please note Royal mail do not declare a parcel/item as lost until the following days have passed - 21 working days UK.

Additional postage charges - Applicable to all customers, additional postage will be payable if your parcel exceeds the weight or size of the standard shipping fee.

We cannot process your order as lost until the above days have passed as per Royal mail. If your order has not arrived after 21 working days from date of dispatch please get in touch at urbanskye@mail.com

Urbanskye is not responsible for any additional Tax or Import charges on international deliveries
Returns & Refunds Policy
The Small Print
​If in the unfortunate event that your product(s) have been damaged in transit and have arrived damaged/faulty please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery at urbanskye@mail.com

You must include photos of your damaged/faulty goods and where applicable photos of the damaged packaging to enable the courier to process any claims for damages you may request.
Urbanskye does not accept any liability to items damaged in transit
All claims for items damaged in transit should be made to the courier

​All purchases are final and there are no returns unless it is a manufacturing fault and not the customers misuse, in this instance you will receive a replacement or page credit to the value of the item(s) if not in stock.
If your free gift(s) is lost in the post or arrives faulty or damaged that item(s) will not be replaced. This will not effect any paid items within the same parcel(s)
Please note pearls are a natural mineral and will therefore sometimes have blemishes.

Adjustable rings are adjustable to ONE size, once you receive your ring, size the ring to fit one finger. Once that finger is chosen you cannot then change the ring size to fit another finger. Over adjustments cause the rings to weaken and may lead to gem fall.
